Looking for a particular book?
1st: We'll check our store. We have over 60,000 books in our 4,000+ square foot store. You'll be pleasantly surprised by our selection.
2nd: We'll reserve it for you. We can reserve titles in our computer system; when that book is traded in, we'll contact you - no charge.
-(2a?!): Our system also keeps track of the titles you buy, so you won't buy the same title twice. How cool is that?!!
3rd: We'll check the warehouses, both local and national. Turnaround time is typically within a week, and you'll get your new book discount as well.
4th: We'll search for it-
at neighboring independent stores... (we partner with other used bookstores in the metro area and exchange reserve lists)
5th: ...and on the Net.
